SMA-Online.org offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all products. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us to fill out a request form, and we will send you an RMA and instructions on how to send the item(s) back. Shipping charges are not refundable.

We currently ship to any address worldwide, including APOs, FPOs and PO Boxes.
Shipping Methods
Our goal is to offer you the fastest and lowest-cost shipping method. We use several shipping carriers including United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS). We will automatically select the lowest priced carrier when you submit your order so that you receive the best possible price and delivery time.
Shipment Delivery Time
Your shipment will be sent as soon as possible but our shipping center is a one person operation so if I'm out of town you are out of luck for a fast delivery.
