The SMA is governed by an Executive Committee.

• There are five positions that are elected by the membership at the annual conference.  This elected board appoints three other positions: Managing Secretary, Newsletter Editor, and Vendor Representative. 

The day to day affairs are handled by the managing secretary. Including finances, proceedings, website and membership.
